4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

kiu9 supports a range of local payment methods designed for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the platform are handled with strict security protocols.

Upon account termination, any bonus funds are immediately voided. Legitimate real-money balances will be reviewed and, where verified and compliant, returned to the player through the original payment method. kiu9's decision on account matters is final.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kiu9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of kiu9 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the kiu9 service or platform without the express written consent of kiu9. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kiu9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, kiu9 is specifically not liable for:

• Loss of earnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
